Capacity Insights is an MGA focusing on the Accident & Health insurance market with a particular specialism in travel, health, dental and personal accident schemes. Operating under fully delegated authorities from ‘A rated’ insurance companies and Lloyd’s of London the business partners with exceptional intermediary partners to deliver sophisticated corporate and consumer lines insurance solutions.
The business model blends traditional technical competencies and the latest data techniques to differentiate products and approaches to business. With trusted insurer and support service relationships spanning decades we understand and influence the entire lifecycle of our clients’ business from on-boarding through to TPA selection and ongoing management processes. This comprehensive approach allows all elements of the scheme to benefit from an integrated approach where compliance and data are prioritised alongside rating and coverage.
Our way of working combines a highly selective underwriting approach with a can do attitude to find solutions that serve all stakeholders and customer alike. Consumer lines is a specialty especially now that the exacting UK regulatory environment requires expertise in so many aspects of the product lifecycle.
