Making a claim on your dental insurance couldn’t be easier. Simply submit your invoice to the Claims Administrator using one of the four options below and we will do the rest.
Snap and Send
You can send us a snapshot of your invoice via your mobile phone on the administrator portal.
E-Claim
Create an e-claim via the administrator portal on mobile phone or your desktop.
Email us at the claims details found in your policy wording.
It is essential that you include the following information:
- Policy/Member Number
- Bank details for claim payment
- Copy of the invoice
- Details of the claim
Post
If you choose to make your claim through the post, you can write to us at the address detailed in your policy wording. It is essential that you include the following information:
